Accuracy of Information

Strictly exotics makes every effort to ensure that all information on this website, and the stock availability is up to date, current and correct but cannot guarantee that this information is up to date, current and correct. Sometimes mistakes in pricing can be made and if/when this occurs we will contact you personally and indicate the mistake. We cannot at any time be bound by price variations and can change at any time without notice. prices may vary online to the prices in store.

Guarantee

Purchasing any item(s) from us does not affect you statutory rights. All dry goods have the statuary guarantee, if you are having a problem within the first 28 days then please bring back to the store for further investigation. Frozen food will be guaranteed at time of sale only. Livestock if bought with a full setup from us will receive a 21 day guarantee, if livestock bought on their own only receive a 7 day guarantee. We will give no guarantee for animals that are known (after the fact) of being kept in the wrong environments or wrongly fed. We give no guarantee on frogs, toads, and livefoods, all are sold at customers own risk.

Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%.

Orders are only accepted online for UK sales, if you live outside the UK and wish to purchase an item from our pricelists Please email us for further information.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment: Online ... Payment Gateway provided by Pay Point accepts all major credit cards. Telephone ... All major credit cards Post ... Cheques & Postal Orders In all cases payment must be received in full before goods will be dispatched. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE After you have made a deposit one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours and a payment plan can be discussed for payment of the balance of the animal plus shipping arrangements.

Contractual Agreement

Once a purchase is made the contract is binding and our company terms and conditions are accepted by the purchase and therefore a contract is made between both parties once payment is made.
